Job Title: License Practical Nurse (LPN) - Resident Care Supervisor
Job Type: Part-time
Location: Grand Villa of Boynton Beach
Shifts: Flexible Shifts, every other weekend schedule
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated License Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Resident Care Supervisor at Grand Villa of Boynton Beach. As a Resident Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our senior residents and ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care possible.
Responsibilities:
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and document residents' vital signs and medical records
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supervise and train nursing staff
• Communicate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals regarding residents' care
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements:
• Current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassion for seniors and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care
