Assistant Store Supervisor

Overview:
As an Assistant Store Supervisor, you will be a key advisor to our customers seeking fast and reliable financial solutions.
In this role, you will enhance your leadership abilities by collaborating with the Store Manager in account management, customer outreach, and risk management.
You'll provide guidance, training, and coaching to customer service representatives while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Your detail-oriented approach will help maintain the professional and respectful environment that our customers and team members value.
Responsibilities:

Build strong customer relationships through daily inbound and outbound call campaigns, boosting store profitability, brand loyalty, and recognition.
Evaluate and process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions, and ancillary offerings efficiently and accurately.
Provide coaching and support to Customer Service Representatives, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.
Implement proper opening and closing protocols, managing vault security and cash drawer effectively.
Supervise account management and recovery efforts while prioritizing customer service to prevent losses and charge-offs.
Promote a compliant work environment by upholding company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct store audits and compile financial reports to ensure compliance.
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness by addressing facility needs and coordinating maintenance services.
Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and successfully manage multiple tasks to meet individual and team performance standards.
Commit to a full-time schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends, for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in phone systems, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and relevant technology.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Successful completion of a background check is required, in compliance with applicable laws.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods, moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in leadership roles within customer service or sales environments.
Management experience in retail, convenience, grocery, financial, or service industries.
Familiarity with check cashing, document verification, and money order processing.
Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous and may be required for specific locations.
A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during work hours (mileage compensated).
