We are seeking a Mobile Associate Dentist to support our mission by delivering excellent dental care and creating unforgettable experiences for children and adults alike. Become part of a caring team that values collaboration and focuses on patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Deliver dental services to patients with strong team support.
Uphold the highest integrity by adhering to government regulations and company standards.
Additional duties as required.
Our practice features:
DentaPro software for streamlined operations.
Digital X-ray and Panorex technology.
Advanced fiber-optic handpieces.
Annual training in OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management.
A supportive team with a ratio of one hygienist and two dental assistants per provider.
A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients.
A busy office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payers.
Qualifications:
DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
Current license to practice dentistry in applicable states, or eligibility for licensure.
Required certifications such as CPR and DEA.
Nitrous Oxide certification (for LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
A genuine passion for providing care to children and adults.

What we offer:
Guaranteed base pay exceeding $285K with uncapped earning potential.
Daily rate up to $1,200 guaranteed.
Sign-on bonuses up to $100,000.
Guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections.
No lab fees.
Full-time providers are eligible for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA.
Company-covered Short Term and Long Term Disability and Basic Life Insurance.

Company-paid malpractice insurance coverage.
Paid holidays and time off.
Continuing Education reimbursements.
CE offered through ADA Accredited Continuing Education Recognition Program (C.E.R.P).
