What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Nursing Director, you will partner with the Director of Nursing to achieve our clinical program objectives, enhancing resident care and our facility's overall culture. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating our care standards and promoting the well-being of our residents.
The Assistant Nursing Director will oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance and coordination of care while also prioritizing patient and family satisfaction. During the Director of Nursing's absence, you will take on all their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans and protocols.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care.
Serve as the operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
Ensure exceptional care delivery to all residents.
Engage in quality assurance monitoring and uphold compliance with regulatory standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within nursing care.

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications include:
Valid state RN nursing license.
Advanced degree or certification preferred.
A commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery.
A visionary perspective focusing on innovation and quality improvement.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, with a strong interest in the needs of the elderly and chronically ill.
Robust clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Preferred experience in a nursing leadership role within Long-Term Care or similar healthcare settings.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
