Imaging Director
Rocky Mountain Region
Are you an experienced imaging leader ready to take the next step in your career? Our small hospital, nestled in the stunning Rocky Mountains, is seeking a Director of Imaging Services to oversee a high-performing, well-established team within a full-service diagnostic imaging department. This department recently expanded with a new MRI wing and consistently achieves top employee engagement scores.
The Director will provide operational and strategic leadership across all imaging modalities, ensuring quality, compliance, and continued excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of Imaging Services, including operations, compliance, staffing, and budgeting.
Support a collaborative team environment focused on quality and service.
Lead department through system transitions and ongoing process improvements.
Requirements:
3+ years of imaging leadership experience as a Supervisor or above
Current license as a Radiologic Technologist and Bachelor's required
Strong operational knowledge of imaging services and regulatory standards
