CSL Vifor is looking for a Commercial Project Manager. Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following :

  • Work Closely with Cross Functional Team to ensure the Successful Implementation of the Brands Strategies

  • Build and effectively use customer insight as a basis for projects developed.

  • Support the field teams by developing high quality, customer focused KA projects in Vinci (Integrated Account Planning)

  • Ensure local business plans, proactively address market access barriers in target accounts

  • Actively provide input for Account Management Plans

  • Identify local hurdles and budgetary issues, communicate internally, and work proactively on tailor made solutions

  • Prepare and execute prelaunch activities

  • Develops detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

Requirements

  • University degree in a scientific, business or economics-related field

  • Bachelor's Degree in life Sciences (e.g. pharmacy, Medicine or Equivalent) is an advantage

  • At least 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience, with proven experience in a commercial field function (e.g., field (market) access manager, field sales manager, key account manager field service, hospital account manager

  • Experience within the therapeutic areas of Cardio-Renal would be a strong advantage.

  • Strong Knowledge of the Market Structure & Key Influencers in the local market

  • Excellent understanding of concepts of hospital purchasing process, patient journey and financial functions within a hospital

  • Proven track record of leading teams to outstanding achievement, account management, development and execution of business plans

  • Proven record in managing organizational transitions; change management, planning and employee engagement

  • Very Good computer skills: MS-Office, data-bases, etc.

  • Fluent in English both in spoken and written communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
