This highly visible role demands a sharp thinker, a proactive problem-solver, and a diplomatic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution:
Partner with the CEO to define strategic priorities and ensure alignment across functions.
Quarterback execution of few critical initiatives in varying capacities and monitor progress toward company goals.Board and Investor Support:
Support the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key stakeholder engagements.
Provide coverage on fundraising efforts and board meetings.Outbound Business Development:
Shadow, plan, absorb, analyze and action priorities alongside our CEO.
This includes but is not limited to:
Sales (assisting on key meetings with high-profile clients)Strategy (for BD and niche outbound prospects)Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, facilitating communication, weekly updates and quarterly offsites to ensure that information flows smoothly and efficiently.Organizational Effectiveness:
