Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Representative, you ll play a pivotal role in our organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Needs Analysis and Client Education:
- Conduct detailed insurance sales needs analysis via phone or Zoom with clients.
- Educate clients about the differences between term and whole life insurance.
- Identify matching insurance plans and services that align with clients unique situations.
- Assist clients through the application process.
Sales and Application Completion:
- Close sales by accurately completing applications.
- Utilize your sales skills to connect with clients and address their insurance needs.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with internal support teams, trainers, and customer service representatives.
- Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless client experiences.
Other Duties:
- Perform any related duties as needed to contribute to the team s success.
