About Us:
At Leidos QTC Health Services and our affiliated medical professional corporations, including QTC Medical Group Inc., we are dedicated to enhancing health services for our government and non-government clients. Our focus includes conducting disability-focused medical examinations, independent medical exams, occupational health services, and more. We aim to leverage innovative technologies to improve service access for examinees, especially in rural areas, and we manage over 2 million appointments each year with a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our clinic in Modesto, CA. In this vital role, you will contribute to ensuring our service members receive top-notch care.
Your Responsibilities:
Conducting general medicine, occupational, and disability health examinations, which entail:
Reviewing medical histories and related documentation
Interpreting clinical data
Producing comprehensive written reports and independent medical opinions
Performing assessments in various settings: clinics, homes, telephonically, or via telehealth platforms.
Traveling up to 30% nationally to provide physical examinations for veterans and service members at different locations-All travel expenses are covered, with per diem provided.
Compensation:
Salary ranges from
$110,000-$160,000
based on your experience and education, plus the possibility of an annual bonus up to
30% .
Work Environment:
Typically Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (between 7 AM - 6 PM), with occasional weekend/evening hours based on operational requirements.

Essential Duties:
Conducting physical exams for diverse clientele, including federal and defense organizations.
Performing occupational health assessments, including pre- and post-employment and annual physicals.
Writing medical opinions grounded on provided records and clinical evidence.
Engaging in virtual exams and serving unique exam settings like homebound visits and event sites.
Completing Veterans Benefits Administration Disability Benefit Questionnaires (DBQs).
Documenting exam results and collaborating with other health professionals as necessary.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
Current national certification from ANCC or AANP.
A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience in primary care or internal medicine.
Unrestricted state medical licensure in the state of employment.
Ability to obtain DEA licensing.
Valid BLS or ACLS certification.
Ability to maintain government clearances as needed.
Must pass medical clearance tests as required.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with conducting occupational or disability medical examinations.
