The Inside Sales Representative-Services will be based in Fremont, CA, Nashville, TN or Remote (Houston, TX preferred). In this position, you will report to the Director of Business Development - Services.

Here Is a Glimpse Of What You'll Do…
Reaching out to customers to identify new business opportunities for spare parts, field services support and other aftermarket support needs
Efficiently take customer orders, assess their needs, enter and or update customer information into our CRM and ERP systems
Responsible for all aspects of customer inquiries and requests by phone and email
Assist customers with product selection, pricing, order entry, product sourcing and product availability
Support outside sales reps with quotes, pricing, account maintenance and general research
Collaborate cross-functionally for support with quote development and to support other customer inquiries
Actively contribute to the development of the Services Sales Department
Here Is Some Of What You'll Need…
BS/BA in a business or technical field with 2+ years experience in an Inside Sales or Sales Support role working with mechanical or electrical components
Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office, CRM (SalesForce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) are required
Excellent communications skills, attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Exhibits positive professional attitude when dealing with internal and external customers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize
Displays excellent customer service skills and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
Experience in renewables and a passion for solar are always a plus
