Venice Family Clinic is a leader in providing comprehensive, high-quality primary health care to people in need with compassion, dignity and respect. In November 2021, Venice Family Clinic merged with South Bay Family Health Care, uniting more than a century of experience helping patients regardless of their income, insurance or immigration status. The organization now has more than 500 staff who serve 45,000 people from the Santa Monica Mountains through the South Bay. Join our Venice Family Clinic and make a difference in the community and lives of children. As an Infant Toddler Teacher you will help with the development, implementation, and supervision of center-based activities for infants and toddlers. In this position you will also establish and maintain a relationship of trust with Early Head Start families, work with families and staff to ensure comprehensive services, and help with the maintenance of a safe learning environment.

Salary Range: $20.38-$31.61 Hourly
Qualifications
Required:
California Teacher Permit.
Formal training in early care and education, and experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with staff, infants and toddlers, parents and families.
Ability to be flexible, open-minded, follow directions, and follow/implement plans.
Ability to move up to 50 pounds
Ability to work with cleaning/sanitizing chemicals.
Possess a telephone or other means of immediate communication.
Ability to travel for home visits as needed.
Child Development Associate (CDA) credential obtained within one year and AA and BA in Child Development preferred.
