Compensation:
Starting at $150,000+ annually with plan-based incentives.
Responsibilities:
Employ a comprehensive array of financial products including life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds to provide solutions to clients.
Hire and lead your own team of financial professionals as an associate partner.
Complete the program requirements and transition into management as an associate partner.
Develop personalized, long-term financial strategies and assist clients in achieving their goals.
Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive six-month program designed to prepare you for management success.
Gain hands-on experience as a financial professional, with eligibility for promotion to Associate Partner after approximately 12 months.
Build and lead your own team with support from a Fortune 100 company, including ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of cultural markets is helpful.
Bilingual skills in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language are a plus.
Experience in insurance or financial services is required.
Sales experience is required.
Must reside in West Texas; this is not a remote position.
