We are looking for a skilled Salesforce and CLM Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions within the Salesforce platform and Contract Lifecycle Management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and an understanding of CLM processes to streamline contract management. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated person with a strong customer focus and the ability to lead new initiatives in a multicultural environment.

ONSITE REQUIREMENT:

To ensure effective collaboration and project participation, this position requires onsite presence in our Dublin, CA office for 3 days per week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salesforce Development
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, and integrations
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, validation rules, and custom objects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
CLM Development
- Work on the implementation and enhancement of the Contract Lifecycle Management system, including designing workflows, templates, and automation
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the CLM system to ensure seamless data flow
- Collaborate with legal and contract management teams to understand CLM process needs and translate them into technical solutions
Responsible for issue resolution and post production support of both the Salesforce & CLM functionality
Collaborate with the Salesforce application development team

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Technology, or in a related field
3+ years of Experience in developing solutions using Salesforce Platform
Proven experience in Salesforce development and customization
Familiarity with CLM systems and contract management processes (CLM systems like Conga, Ironclad, DocuSign, etc)
Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
Understanding of the of the Salesforce Platform and how it integrates with CLM
Experience with integration tools and middleware
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of ownership
Excellent spoken and written communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment
Salesforce and other platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Administrator) preferred
