Functional Analyst

We are currently looking for Analyst to work for a health care project.

What you'll do

You'll be in charge to enhancing our data-driven decision-making processes and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Design and implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive business intelligence solutions and reporting dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality and performance of data systems meet business requirements.

• Provide expert guidance on SQL queries and data manipulation techniques to optimize data retrieval and analysis.

• Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new reports dashboards and BI tools to enhance data literacy across the organization.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in business intelligence and analytics to recommend innovative solutions.

Necessary skills and experience required:

● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) or minimum 2-3 years of experience in SQL Data Governance Business Intelligence and Reporting

● Experience in BI Validation and Analytics & Insights is highly desirable.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.

● Advanced Level of English

Location: Híbrido un solo dia a la semana en Munro Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Shift: 9hs a 18hs, Full Time.
