What you will do
Are you passionate about ensuring accuracy and efficiency in payroll processing? We are seeking a dedicated HR Payroll Processing & Administration Specialist to play a vital role in our payroll operations. In this position, you will work closely with our external payroll provider to guarantee a seamless payroll experience for our team.
How you will do it
Execute the payroll process independently, in collaboration with the external partner, while ensuring accurate personnel administration
Process timely monthly payroll preparation and follow up for our employees, including the creation of payroll statistics
Maintain employee master data and manage personnel files effectively
Update entries and exits, as well as changes in the time recording system
Serve as the point of contact for employees, supervisors, and external parties regarding payroll and personnel administration inquiries
Support HR Operations and HR Field Solutions in various operational tasks
Contribute to and assist with various HR projects and programs
Manage internal and external audits related to payroll and personnel administration
What we are looking for:
Several years of professional experience in payroll processing and operational human resources
Fluent in German (C1) with good oral and written skills in English (B2).
Completion of training as a Payroll Specialist is a significant advantage
Resilience, flexibility, and a professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role
