Your Responsibilities:
Embrace and promote our organizational philosophy of care.
Deliver quality general and psychiatric nursing care to patients.
Ensure adherence to medical orders and actively participate in treatment planning.
Serve as a dedicated patient advocate at all times.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Current and unencumbered nursing license issued by the State Board of Nursing.
CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) are required within 30 days of employment.
Preferred experience in psychiatric health care, particularly with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients.
Experience in patient assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with external review organizations is desirable.
Hourly rate: $41 - $59. This is the expected compensation range for this position, though flexibility may exist based on specific circumstances.
