In order to provide the quality cakes our guests love and come back to again and again, you can expect to do the following in this role:

• First and foremost abide by NbC standards & uphold the image & brand.

• The main focus of this position is to wash all dishes from the baking and frosting departments & assist the baker as needed

• Other duties include (but are not limited to the following)

• Clean bathroom

• Keep walls, floors, floor drains, shelves & all surfaces clean

• Clean refrigerator & cooler units

• Fold boxes

• Empty trash & take it to the dumpster

• Assist baker & froster(s) with daily tasks

• Clean windows

• The nuts & bolts:
•

• Part-time position, 15-25 hours per week (~2-3 shifts per week).

• Training pay is $13.50/hr. Meet NbC standards for speed & quality approximately 30 days after completing training and successful review, pay increases to $14.50/hr

• Benefits offered include sick pay, workmans compensation insurance, discounts for your own cakes to enjoy in your downtime.

• Opportunities to advance in hours, pay, and position exist up to full-time as openings become available. Additional benefits are available for full-time roles (subsidized medical insurance, paid time off, Simple IRA with 3% company match).
