Job Details Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled EKG Technician for a 13 week travel assignment in Little Rock, AR.
Summary:
EKG Technicians assist physicians in diagnosing and treating of various cardiovascular conditions by performing electrocardiogram (EKG) tests that record and monitor the electrical impulses transmitted by a patient's heart.
They work directly with patients to ensure accurate test results and collaborate with healthcare teams to provide essential data for patient care.
Monitor EKG equipment and report any malfunctions
The ability to read, write, & communicate in the English language is required
Physical Abilities - Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel.
Sensory - Visual acuity, ability to effectively communicate.
