Full-TimeResponsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.Design, develop, and implement complex ServiceNow solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert on ServiceNow architecture and implementation.Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on ServiceNow development and configuration.Conduct architecture assessments and provide recommendations for optimizing ServiceNow platform performance.Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and implementation.ServiceNow Certified HR Implementation Specialist certification is required.Strong understanding of ITIL framework and ServiceNow platform.Experience working with federal government clients and familiarity with government regulations and requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.Preferred Qualifications:
Additional ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified System Administrator (CSA).Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Benefits:
