Vi opplever stor etterspørsel på våre byggautomasjons-produkter fra våre kunder, og søker derfor en ny Senior Serviceingeniør til vår avdeling i Ålesund.
Som Serviceingeniør hos Johnson Controls vil ditt arbeide omfatte vedlikehold og oppgradering av bygningsautomatiseringssystemer, samt feilsøking og reparasjon av disse systemene. Du vil også være ansvarlig for programmering av nettverksenhetene, spesielt webbaserte SD-systemer, samt fjernovervåking av SD-systemer. I tillegg vil du ha tett dialog og samarbeid med kundene for å levere nye løsninger og bidrag til forbedringer.
Som en del av stillingen vil du ha en servicebil tilgjengelig, inkludert en EL-servicebil, som gir deg frihet til å utføre jobben din effektivt og fleksibelt ved våre kunder i Drammen og Vestfold og Telemark. Du vil bruke de fleste dagene hos kundene og etter behov jobbe med programmering og utvikling på kontoret. Du vil bli en del av et lokalt serviceteam i Ålesund, hvor det er godt samhold og arbeidsmiljø.

Arbeidet vil bl.a. omfatte:
Vedlikehold og oppgradering av byggautomasjons-anlegg.
Feilsøking og utbedringer.
Programmering av nettverksenheter digitale (WEB-baserte SD-anlegg)
Fjernovervåking av SD-anlegg
Kundekontakt og innspill ute hos kunden til nye løsninger
Vi er ute etter personer med følgende kvalifikasjoner:
Førerkort klasse B
Fagbrev innen automasjon eller elektro Gr.L i tillegg gerne ingeniør eller tekniker baggrund
Beherske norsk språk muntlig/skriftlig flytende
kan skape gode kundeforhold og som er serviceinnstilt
Erfaring fra arbeid innen byggautomasjon er en fordel
Gode IT-kunnskaper
Selvstendig og struktureret
Fremmedspråk: Engelsk muntlig og skriftlig
