OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for an RSNF English Language Training (ELT) Manager to lead and oversee a team of qualified ELT instructors supporting the Royal Naval Forces (RSNF) ELT Program.
This position is based in Riyadh, KSA, and requires onsite presence.
ResponsibilitiesSupport the RSNF ELT program's goal to produce graduates capable of entering USN, USMC, and contractor-provided training in CONUS or follow-on RSNF training at various locations.
Maintain inventory and security of all ALC learning and testing materials.
Analyze schedules, delivery methods, and standards to ensure relevance and effectiveness for current training objectives.
Prepare reports, studies, briefings, and recommendations for modifications to RSNF ELT and ALCPT schedules, methods, and standards.
Support infrastructure maintenance and development for in-Kingdom ELT programs and emerging needs.
Provide advisory and managerial support to RSNF Headquarters in Riyadh regarding ELT program matters.
QualificationsBachelor's degree with 2-5 years of experience.
Degree in management, business, engineering, or education, with five years of relevant experience in government or industry management.
Preferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor's in ESL/EFL or over 10 years as an ELT instructor, with at least 5 years instructing military students.
