Impact4 is hiring a Marketing Strategist to develop sharp, actionable marketing plans for clients entering or expanding within the Saudi and international markets. You'll build comprehensive strategies across channels including social, content, paid ads, email, and more. Ideal for someone who can work across industries and budgets.
Responsibilities:
Create tailored marketing strategies for clients (B2B & B2C)
Align channel strategies (paid, organic, social, content)
Identify audience segments and key value propositions
Collaborate with performance and content teams
Present strategy decks to clients and internal teams
Skills Needed:
3+ years in strategic marketing or growth roles
Strong grasp of digital channels and metrics
Experience in the Saudi market or with international expansion
Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slides, and analytics platformsSkills

Market Research & Insights

Familiarity with paid ads (Meta, Google), social media, SEO, email, and content marketing
Knows how to choose the right channel for the right audience and budget
Analytics & Reporting
Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify gaps, and optimize plans
Comfortable with metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.
Communication & Presentation
Can translate strategy into clear, actionable plans for internal teams and clients
Excellent presentation skills (decks, proposals, Notion, or Google Slides)
Collaboration
Works well with performance marketers, copywriters, designers, and project managers
Can guide the team on execution aligned with strategy
Adaptability
Can pivot strategies quickly based on feedback, data, or market shifts
Comfortable working across different industries and budget levels
Bonus:
Bilingual (Arabic/English) is a big plus
