What You'll DoAt BCG Platinion, we provide sound advice on all relevant IT issues.
In particular, the migration to the SAP S/4HANA solution given the ECC end-of-life maintenance presents our customers with critical challenges.
The typical questions our customers have, range from justification and business benefits of the SAP S/4 HANA transition to optimized roadmaps taking into account the implications on overall architecture and also alternative solutions and platforms.
To serve our customers even better, we would like to strengthen our Enterprise Solutions team.
You work together with colleagues from Platinion and/or Boston Consulting Group on local and international customer projects.
Together with our clients, you actively develop superior, business value driven ERP and application architecture strategies, concepts and roadmaps and apply your sound technical and process-related understanding.

What You'll BringQualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or above in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.

3-6 years of experience in strategic ERP, HCM, CRM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing projects.

Experience in both Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

Industry expertise in Oil & Gas, Energy, Heavy Industrial, or Manufacturing sectors.

Strong knowledge of core S/4HANA modules and broader SAP industry-specific solutions, add-ons, and analytical tools.

Hands-on experience with end-to-end ERP processes (e.
g.
, Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire).

Knowledge of specific SAP industrial solutions (e.
, IS-OIL) and technical SAP add-ons (e.
, APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM).

Familiarity with SAP analytics tools (e.
, SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom).

Successfully delivered at least one large SAP implementation.
Skills & CompetenciesExceptional analytical and conceptual skills to address complex business challenges.

Strong teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to align individuals and organizations toward a common goal.

Fluent in English and/or Arabic.

Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
