Brand Manager

We are partnering with a leading passenger car dealership in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to find a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager. Our client is poised for significant entry and expansion and is looking for charismatic professional to lead the development and growth of a new automotive brand across the Kingdom.

The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing the new brand presence within the Saudi Arabian market. The successful candidate will oversee the launch and operation of new showrooms and workshops, recruit and train local teams, and build a strong, recognizable brand identity in one of the world's most exciting automotive markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic development of the brand within the Saudi Arabian market, ensuring consistency and alignment with global brand standards.
Oversee the opening and operation of new showrooms and workshops. Ensure these facilities are fully operational and reflect the brand's values.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the market, and develop actionable strategies to drive growth.
Ensure exceptional customer service and experience across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the effective implementation of brand initiatives and sales targets.
Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar (General Manager / Dealer Principal / Head of Business) role within the retail automotive industry, preferably with experience managing the launch and growth of a new automotive brand across multiple locations.
Experience in setting up showrooms, workshops, and retail locations is a distinct advantage.
Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not essential. Strong command of English is a must.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in recruiting, training, and developing professional teams.
Strong ability to think strategically, with a results-driven approach and an understanding of brand management principles and OEM relationships.
Ability to navigate and work effectively within the Saudi Arabian market, understanding its business culture and local nuances.What We Offer
