Job Overview
We are looking for a Head of Finance to lead our finance team at Basamh Group.
The Finance Department's vision is to ensure financial health, support strategic decision-making, and provide insights that drive the Group's objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As a successful candidate, you will:

Develop and oversee the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
Create and manage annual budgets and forecasts, providing insights for variance analysis.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvement.
Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to internal and external parties.
Manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, maintaining the integrity of financial data.
Minimum Requirements
As a successful candidate, you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a finance role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial regulations, and compliance.
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, complemented by strong communication skills.
Proven ability to manage complex financial issues and provide practical solutions.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Experience in consumer goods or related industries is preferred.
