• The Scoop:
• The Principal, Internal Enterprise Communications will drive internal enterprise communications to MedImpact, its subsidiaries, and key affiliates.
• What You Get To Do:
• Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies, through multiple communication channels, that inform, engage, and motivate a global workforce
• Maintain a strategic perspective and able to link programs, activities and communications in ways that support a cohesive experience for employees within the enterprise
• Work closely with key internal stakeholders to develop communications, including written materials and presentations, and effectively advise on communications strategies
• Support the deployment of change initiatives by developing internal communications campaigns to educate, inspire and motivate, advising stakeholders on geographic or other preferences, best practices, and cultural considerations
• Implement thoughtful, innovative, and engaging communications that build on and enhance the Company's purpose and strategic priorities
• Develop ideal practices and procedures to guide consistent and quality communications across the enterprise, subsidiaries, affiliates in disbursed geographic locations
• Analyze the effectiveness of the internal communications programs and develop recommendations to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of implemented programs
• Collaborates across the organization with key stakeholders and is a liaison with the marketing communications department as appropriate to accomplish business communication strategies
• Works collaboratively with the marketing department to create and implement an online communication strategy that includes the Company intranet site, Confluence/SharePoint, and/or other social media sites such as LinkedIn
• Education and/or Experience
• For consideration, candidates will need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required and six (6) to eight (8) years of internal communications experience within a mid-sized (750-1000+ employees) complex, multi-site, multi-dimensional, entrepreneurial organization
• Private company experience preferred
• Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested
• Computer Skills
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of software.

• Proven ability to dissect complex problems and adjust communication style as needed based on intended audience
• Ability to analyze data and convey results into compelling stories to support business case
• Works effectively in a complex, continuously changing environment with a high level of ambiguity
• Experience working with and protecting highly confidential information with discretion
• Ability to quickly assimilate information and determine a critical path for actions and priorities
• Ability to work with speed with strong intellectual horsepower to add consultative human resources perspective to every project
• Experience applying formal process improvement methodologies and tools
• Advanced to expert technology skills (MS Office)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong influencing without authority skills.
• Self-managing and able to work autonomously with little direction.
• Knowledge of digital media tools, including best practices for web sites, email marketing, Twitter, Facebook, Linked-In
