Our client is a fintech company from Japan, part of a large financial group.
They offer services such as commercial banking, trust banking, securities, credit cards, consumer finance, asset management, and leasing.
In this position, you will have an opportunity to join one of the 3 product teams:
CFT (Clients Portal and Investor Portal), CV3 which is our post-trading platform, and CDP which is our common data platform upon which everything else is built.
The developer will go to one of the teams depending on their skills.The front-end team currently consists of 15 people, divided into smaller teams of 2-3 people managed by one Front-end Team Leader.
Work is in two-week sprints + daily meetings.
A list of specific projects you will have a chance to work on:
Migrating projects from Vue 2 to Vue 3Developing an internal component library in Vuetify and SassPost-transaction system - developing a post-trade execution system, aimed at clients maintaining their funds and BPO which will involve:
Capturing and storing transactions and eventsPosition reportingTransaction registeringConfirmation and settlement of transactionsMark To Market reportingFuture cash flow and reconciliation reportingProject generating shared elements for all other interconnected projects Project meant to replace Lodash-like tools and is based on writing brand new features and solutions Key Requirements (skills & experience):
At least 5 years of commercial experience in projects with Vue.js frameworkGood understanding of JavaScript and knowledge of the current practices and standards used in VueAdditionally - experience with GraphQL, Apollo (or anything else used to communicate with GraphQL) and TypeScriptPaying attention to the highest quality of the codeYou are not afraid to say your ideas out loud and you can get along with the teamCommunicative English (B2 minimum)➕ Nice to have:
