To further our success story, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager who will support Key Account Managers (KAM) in delivering exceptional services to our key clients.
Therefore, to be successful, you must be driven by a passion for customer satisfaction and excel in fostering long-term relationships.
Ensure project goals are met within the constraints of scope, budget, and timelines
Monitor and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction
Generate and analyze project reports to provide insights and recommendations
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, ensuring they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals
Act as a bridge between clients and project teams to ensure that client requirements are fully understood and delivered upon
At least 3+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management
A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations
A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients
A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting budget, revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives.
Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles
Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. Previous hands-on experience in technical roles, such as web development
Experience working with international and dispersed teams
Set up working hours and limited remote work scheduled with your team and manager, in a way that works for both sides.
