The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Payroll Operations Coordinator for Polish Legal Entities (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Handling HR and payroll processes in accordance with global, legal requirements, Polish specifics, existing procedures, including documents and personal files administration

• Proper settlement and planning of working time in TETA

• Administration of benefits offered by the employer

• Servicing employees of all Polish Legal Entities during designated payroll duties on site (3 days a week) and provides answers and solutions to all incoming queries

• Cooperating with Local HR, EHS and Global Team Supports

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher

• Minimum 1 year work experience in Polish HR and Payroll area

• Broad knowledge of Polish HR and Polish Payroll Policies & Procedures

• Very good knowledge of Polish labor law

• Broad knowledge of TETA system

• English on B1/B2 level or higher

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Familiarity with Payroll Software

• Manifest outstanding standards of work in relation to: timeliness, accuracy and quality

• Having problem-solving skills

• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Detail oriented/accurate and thorough

Work location:

• Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Wrocław, ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9 at least 3 days per week)

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
