• Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers, • Create agreed contract features relevant for appropriate services, • Invoice of services and contract, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers, • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents, • Prepare statistics and reports related to service administration.What You Need to SucceedPrevious professional experience in similar positions (eg.
administration, customer service, back office),Very good knowledge of French and English (min.
