Project & Operations Manager - Agile-Oriented

The Data & BI team owns the group's Data & Analytics platforms spanning Data Engineering, Analytical Engineering and Business Intelligence to lead the group's data-driven modernization both internally and for its clients.We're looking for a Project & Operations Manager (POPM) to support our data teams by coordinating tasks, managing production issues, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Agile experience (Scrum) is a plus, with the core focus on removing blockers, tracking progress, and enabling delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Task & Issue Coordination - Track progress, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.• Production Bug Management - Prioritize bugs and facilitate resolution with relevant teams.• Project Tracking - Maintain timelines, roadmaps, and risk logs.• Communication - Collaborate with internal data, product, and project teams, as well as external stakeholders.• Operational Support - Maintain dashboards, Agile boards, and internal documentation.What We're Looking For Must-Have Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or project support-ideally within a tech or product environment.• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data workflows.• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira.• Exposure to Scrum practices and Agile delivery environments.• General experience working in tech or IT settings.• Understanding of cloud platforms and data project lifecycles.• Experience collaborating with data teams / data engineers / code developers etcCompany SummaryPlease note that recruitment and work assignments will be handled by Aristocrat, however, this role will be hired through our trusted third-party Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
