We have a unique opportunity for a Clinical Education Specialist to join the highly successful Image Guided Therapy Systems business focusing on the interventional cardiovascular domain.
You will enter the multinational environment of the Business Group Image Guided Therapy at Philips Healthcare.
You will be part of the Clinical Marketing & Education team of the business unit IGT Systems.
The Clinical Marketing & Education team consists of 20 Clinical Marketing & Education Specialists.
You will work closely together with your direct colleagues as well as with the broader marketing organization and Application Specialists in the markets.
This position is based in Best and you will report to the Director Clinical Marketing & Education.
Your role:

As Clinical Education Specialist you have a key role in the development of a sustainable education program that enables continuous training of our Image Guided Therapy products in a clinical setting, allowing our customers to execute minimal invasive procedures with confidence efficiently and effectively.
By working in close alignment with internal stakeholders and customers, you will strive to continuously improve the customer learning experience:

Develop, together with subject matter experts, clinical education programs for customers and field clinical application specialists related to the clinical value and use of our solutions to drive adoption of our offering in the field.
Analyze and document requirements for learning materials and identify necessary functional components such as quick start guides, checklists, instructor guides, collaborative learning environments.
Create advanced and engaging educational materials and other learning activities, in line with the learning objectives for the project.
Ensure Philips customers and employees receive consistent, streamlined learning services by using common company style, standards and development tools.
Function as a Learning Management System (LMS) administrator to upload and test learning activities and maintain and update content already posted to the LMS.
Ensure proper certification and administration of the internal training program participants is in place.
Maintain a current skill set and keep up to date with effective learning options, tools, best practices, and industry trends.
Deliver virtual, hands-on, and classroom training to Clinical Applications Specialists and Sales Specialists from the markets.
You're the right fit if:

Relevant BSc/MSc Degree in Medical Imaging.
Education in instructional design, designing and development of learning materials.
Experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry (imaging equipment or devices) is preferred.
Hands-on person with ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
Ability to deliver in a complex environment (high-end technology, highly professional customers, and global scope).
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of developing learning materials in a variety of formats and assessment techniques.
Strong presentation and training skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Affinity to work in a global environment.
Solid spoken and written English skills.
