PV Senior Project Manager (C&I) Enerland is an International Company founded in Spain with the aim of becoming a leading company in the international photovoltaic solar energy sector.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Renewables team in Milan, part of our Italian subsidiary.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead construction phase from LNTP/NTP to PAC for C&I PV systems ranging from 0.5 to 10 MWp Lead, manage and coordinate integrated working of project execution workstreams including construction management, technical management, procurement, project controls, HSE.
Manage contracts, claims and change orders with pragmatic problem solving approach.
Provide clear and concise status reporting regarding project planning, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
Ensuring compliance with project documentation of operational requirements.
Manage project compliance with applicable laws, regulations, codes and standards.
Manage communication between the projects' parties:
internal & external, stakeholders, sub-contractor, etc.
Ensuring high-quality and standard achievement throughout the full project plan.
Lead a cross functional team and deliver parallel projects against agreed milestones.
Ensure that all assets are operated in line with EPC and O&M contractual terms Monitor project deadlines, financial progress, and plant performance, resolving any issues that arise.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) 3+ years' experience in a similar role, within the rooftop PV sector.
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, PVSyst.
Strong technical understanding of rooftop PV experience.
Familiarity with Italian C&I PV regulations and processes (DSO, GSE, Customs, etc.) Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven with strong stakeholder coordination skills Fluent in Italian and English Contract :

The candidate MUST HAVE:
Experience of managing the whole process of construction of C&I renewable energy projects with a proven professional track records of at least one C&I project bigger than 1MW, cumulatively more than 10MW, from RTB to PAC.
Fluent in Italian and in English (verbal & writing).
