An exciting 12 month Stress Engineer contract opportunity is now available with a highly reputable, leading organisation specialising in the design and manufacture within the Aerospace industry. You will be responsible for the design of repairs on metallic and composite structures you will be developing and validating repairs to damaged aircraft structures. You will ensure adherence to airworthiness regulations, design principles, processes and methods.
Qualifications
Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent) or relevant aerospace engineering experience.
Aircraft structural engineering background
Understanding of the airworthiness regulations.
Good understanding of Catia V5 including the ability to generate and update models, parts and drawings
