• Your Role as a Critical Care/Intensive Care Physician
• Provide expert care and treatment for critically ill patients in the intensive care unit
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the advancement of critical care practices
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and development
• Play a key role in shaping patient-centred care strategies within the hospital
• What You'll Need
• A recognised medical degree and specialisation in Critical Care or Intensive Care Medicine
• Proven experience in managing critically ill patients and working within an ICU setting
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused approach
• Willingness to embrace new challenges and adapt to a multicultural environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
• Dutch-speaking or willing to learn within 2 years (electronic system is currently in English but may move to Dutch at the end of the year)
