About you
Being one of our Clinical Leads means demonstrating compassion, dedication, and commitment towards enhancing the quality of life for others. Your communication skills and attention to detail set you apart, and you continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop your clinical skills. You take every challenge in your stride and your goal is to always achieve the best outcomes.
You will have developed leadership skills by supervising teams, ideally in care home settings, and you will have excellent knowledge of safeguarding, DoLs and the Mental Capacity Act, putting this into practice when guiding others. Wherever you may be in your career, we will also support you with further training and development to help you build your confidence and skills.
