You have a strong research background, with experience in the full range of User research and design methods and the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations and be ready to quickly get to work in an agile multidisciplinary team of Developers, Designers, and Analysts focused on the customer's omnichannel buying experience.

Specifically, for the current assignment, you need to have experience working closely with Service Design and Data Science teams, preferably within e-commerce and have strong CV and portfolio examples to demonstrate your expertise.
We hope to find a researcher with strong experience in regulated products as well as experimentation and ideation user research work.

Job Qualifications:

Essential

• 5+ years of UX research experience
• You have a proven track record of leading end-to-end projects across multiple phases of the product life cycle.
• You're fluent across a broad range of research methods.
  You know when to choose what method and for what purpose.
• You're a strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  You write for your audience and anticipate their questions and needs.
• You're adaptable - You are comfortable with ambiguity and can balance robust study design with the practicalities of being in a fast paced org.
• You're a proactive partner - You consider yourself a go-getter and have a bias toward action.
• You have a growth mindset - You can demonstrate an ability to embrace change and learn from challenges.
• Competency in data analytics and qualitive aspects of UX research
• Experience with testing Figma prototypes

Desirable

• Experience conducting moderated customer interviews
• Experience working with Business Analyst to seek our key critical improvements with our funnels driven by the data
• Experience working with Service Design to define/refine blueprint
• Experience/knowledge in accessibility

Responsibilities

• Engagement Management - Work with varied sets of stakeholders to understand the needs of the business, fill gaps in knowledge, and prioritise problems to be solved through research.
• Research & Strategy - Utilize various research methodologies to generate new user evidence, uncover actionable insights, and develop understanding of user groups to inform tactical and strategic initiatives.
• Documentation - Create and maintain a source of truth for your team/s, including reports, presentations and other resources that inform and guide insight-led product and service development.
• User Evangelism - Collaborate with various disciplines to comprehend and articulate the needs and experiences of Imperial NGP's creators and form clear and relevant narratives and recommendations.
• User Research Advocacy - Champion user research across all Imperial NGP teams, contributing to the development of tools and resources to further research learning and skill development
• Supports Head of Digital Design on the user experience in our digital product development with:
  
• Excellent and extensive experience in user experience research
• A desire to understand human behaviour and analyse activity.
• Knowledge of, and practical experience in, multiple research and user testing techniques to elicit valuable information from users (e.g.
  card sorting, customer journey-mapping, usability testing, …)
• Experience collaborating in workshops to brainstorm and co-create within multi-disciplinary teams.
• Previous experience of UserTesting.com, Hotjar.com, ContentSquare
