• About the role:
• To join us you will be an RN, with Unit Manager experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
• You will have management and leadership ability, inspiring less experienced members of staff to deliver consistently excellent care and support and to strive for excellence.
• You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.
• You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.
• You will have experience and passion in supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.
• You will work well within the team, leading, guiding, supporting and teaching junior staff members and acting as a role model in delivering care based upon best practice.
• You will have experience in motivating and leading the staff team.
