Polytec are looking for a Soldering Technician / Assembler for our client based a few miles north of Cambridge. You will need to have excellent soldering skills and good general board assembly skills.
Responsibilities:
• Soldering PCBs to a high standard
• Mechanical assembly
• Basic ATE (automated test equipment) test of finished products
• Packing of finished products
Requirements:
• Solid soldering experience, surface mount skills would be a bonus
• Good electro-mechanical build skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions clearly and accurately
• Ability to work well independently or as an active member of a team
• PC literate, familiar with Microsoft Office
