The Business Process Mapping Analyst will report into the Business Process Manager within the Risk department.
The Business Process Mapping Analyst will run and lead interviews and workshops with various key stakeholders across EMEA to create, customise and enrich process documentation.
The role also includes management of the current Business process suite, Business process Change cycle and facilitation of the Business process Change board.
This role requires an individual with experience in a Process mapping using the BPMN 2.0 modelling standard.
The role will also support process related issues/challenges, process optimisation opportunities and support on any key process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Arrange and conduct business process mapping working sessions with Business Partners in order to document existing Business process down to the appropriate level detail (typically Level 4).
  • Ensure that the output of all process related sessions are accurately captured and correctly reflected within the overall process ecosystem.
  • Accurately maintain the Business Process management Suite.
  • Support Risk function with process Risk and Controls capturing within documented Business Process maps.
  • Support the organisation ensuring that business process maps meet external and internal requirements including reflection of legal and compliance obligations.
  • Support Business Process Owners with the Business Process change management procedure, capturing changes and facilitating of the Business Process Change Board.
  • Support change programmes and process improvement initiatives, as required.

Knowledge & Experience:

Technical and or professional information needed to successfully perform the job activities including qualifications

  • Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience within a process mapping role.
  • Excellent command of the MS Office suite including Visio and SharePoint.
  • Experience of using common Business process Mapping software.
