Responsabilidades:
1.
Supervisar y coordinar todas las actividades de la cocina.
2.
Elaborar y diseñar menús creativos basados en la cocina mediterránea.
3.
Gestionar el equipo de cocina, asegurando un ambiente de trabajo eficiente y organizado.
4.
Controlar los inventarios y las compras de materia prima.
5.
Velar por el cumplimiento de las normativas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
6.
Asegurar la calidad y presentación de los platos que salen de la cocina.
Requisitos:
Experiencia mínima de 3 años como jefe de cocina, preferentemente en cocina mediterránea.
Conocimientos en gestión de cocina, control de costos e inventarios.
Capacidad para liderar un equipo de trabajo y trabajar bajo presión.
Creatividad y pasión por la gastronomía.
Residencia en Castellón o disponibilidad para mudarse.
Ofrecemos:
