Notre client implanté dans la Drôme est une PME familiale dans le domaine de la construction de charpentes métalliques et industrielles recherche un Conducteur de travaux métallerie serrurerie alu (H/F) qui sera basé(e) dans la périphérie proche de Valence dans la Drôme.Missions :
Rattaché au conducteur de travaux principale, vous serez le chef d'orchestre du chantier, le garant de la réalisation du projet et l'interlocuteur entre l'entreprise et le client.
Préparation du chantierAnalyser le dossier technique Faire le lien avec le bureau d'étude, le responsable achat, le responsable de fabrication Vérifier les budgets prévisionnels Evaluer les moyens humains Etablir les plannings des travaux Gérer les démarche administratives nécessaires
Contrôle du chantierGérer le chantier jusqu'à la clôture Veiller à la bonne évolution des travaux Coordonner les différents acteurs Respecter et garantir le délai d'exécution Planifier et communiquer avec les équipes et sous-traitants Lever les réserves Etablir les devis en travaux supplémentaires Respecter les consignes de sécurité
Vous serez majoritairement en grand déplacement sur la zone de l'Est de la France (Alsace-Lorraine) et pouvant descendre jusqu'à Aix en Provence.
