As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be a key contributor to the development and enhancement of our web applications. Your expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript will drive the creation of high-performance, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions. You will work closely with designers, back-end developers, and product teams to build intuitive and efficient user interfaces. Additionally, you will ensure adherence to best practices in front-end development, advocate for performance optimization, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
Frontend Development
• Develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Ensure the implementation of responsive and accessible UI components using MUI.
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and data sources.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices. Code Quality and Best Practices
• Enforce coding standards and best practices in front-end development.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Maintain high test coverage by writing unit and integration tests.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and accessibility guidelines. Collaboration and Agile Development
• Work closely with designers to implement user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Engage in discussions to improve development workflows and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. DevOps and Deployment
• Use Docker to containerize front-end applications and streamline development workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize CI/CD pipelines for front-end deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production issues to ensure application stability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices in front-end development.
• Propose and implement improvements to enhance the developer experience and application performance.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation. Languages:
Fluent in English; French is a plus. Experience:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in front-end development.
• Proven track record of working with React, Next.js, and TypeScript in production environments.
• Experience with UI component libraries such as MUI.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Prior experience in mentoring or coaching junior developers is a plus. Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Material UI (MUI) and building reusable UI components.
• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.
• Proficiency in Docker for development and deployment workflows.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs. Our Recruitment Process:
