Job Title: Business Intelligence Manager, Solution Management
Business Area: Production & Solutions
Position Reports to: Solution Development & BI Director
Location: Ebiquity office workspaces available or remote from any European country where Ebiquity operates (UK, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria).
Purpose of the Role: At Ebiquity, a world leader in Media Investment Analysis working with 70 of the top 100 global advertisers, we help advertisers make effective and responsible advertising decisions. The Production & Solutions division builds, optimizes, and runs innovative solutions providing valuable insights and analysis to clients. As Business Intelligence Manager within Solution Management, you will provide solution and technical expertise to automate BI and reporting operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
BI Development & Maintenance: Develop and maintain BI solutions and analysis platforms used across the business for data analysis and insights delivery. Manage requirements and timelines for custom BI development and standardized data solutions. Work within an Agile Scrum framework to deliver incremental developments.
Team Management: Lead, manage, and coach the Solution Management team to work effectively and collaboratively. Act as a leader and escalation point for operations and projects, managing team resources across initiatives.
Process Management & Optimization: Execute the strategic vision in collaboration with the Solution & BI lead. Support operational efficiency through collaboration with other leaders and innovate team processes, tools, and workflows.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
At least 3 years of experience with Power BI or similar platforms.
Experience with data management platforms for transformation, modeling, and analysis.
Advanced SQL skills, including syntax, queries, and database management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with global teams.
Experience mentoring junior team members.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies is advantageous.
Expertise in data modeling, analysis, visualization, and core data technologies.
Ambitious and innovative mindset, always seeking process improvements.
Organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities aligned with business goals.
Strong communicator ensuring stakeholder alignment and understanding.
Proactive problem solver capable of identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
