Project Manager Hybrid Madrid

From ASTEK Iberia, and to join the team of our international partner, we are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience.

You will work with our leading partner in the industrial sector and in an international environment.

You will be responsible for the planning, organization, monitoring and supervision of small and large projects, ensuring successful delivery for strategic clients across EMEA.

Execution of the project according to agreed requirements (Planning, control and risk management).
Building and maintaining a good relationship with clients based on collaboration and effective management.
Ensuring the necessary decisions within the framework of contract management and the management of specific problems.
Review projects, their documentation and prepare detailed progress reports (schedule and change requests).
Proactively identify changes to the scope of work and ensure that appropriate planning measures are taken.
Manage the financial aspects of the project : budgeting, forecasting, etc.

Who are you?

Someone versatile and highly motivated, with preferable industry specific knowledge (Refining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical and Food & Beverage).
Someone capable of communicating a clear vision of project objectives and optimizing performance and collaboration.
Bachelor's or higher degree with preference towards process engineering, software engineering, automation technology or similar degree. Strong functional background in software solutions services.
Strong proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Available to travel up to 25%.

Master's degree in project management and / or PMI-CAPM / PMP certification highly desirable!
