Estamos en búsqueda activa de un/a:
Team Assistant de carácter temporal para nuestra oficina en Bilbao (Henao Kalea, 10, Abando, 48009 Bilbao, Bizkaia) Funciones:
Gestión de tareas administrativas de back office y front office.
Encargarse de la gestión de la tienda.
Atención al público, tanto cliente interno como externo.
Apoyo al equipo comercial de consultores/as inmobiliarios y al director/a.
Gestión y archivo de la documentación de las propiedades.
Soporte y trabajo en equipo con otros departamentos (marketing, finanzas).
Revisión y validación de contenido (textos, facturas).
Gestión de agendas y participación en reuniones.
Control de los espacios de trabajo (mantenimiento, orden, control del material de oficina).

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:
