At Publicis Group Denmark we're looking for a Strategic Director to oversee our strategic efforts across all business lines , and to help build long-lasting client relationships .

The Role

T he Strategy Director at Publicis Groupe Denmark is a central role to the organization, wh o works across all of our three business units ' ; Media, Creative and Intelligence, and craft s integrated strategies essential to making Publicis a trusted business partner to our clients .

You e ffectively utilize your experience, knowledge, and skills to push strategic thinking while balancing client and team needs , by identifying key insights based on client briefs.
With your expertise , you will build long-term client relationships and elevate the strategic offering of the organization.

You will represent the Power of One approach creating propositions spanning both media and creative disciplines in close collaboration with cross- functional teams .
You create alignment between insight- and strategy , s upport in building consistent and efficient processes and and advise on how the strategy is best executed in a consistent and coherent way across activities and channels, maximizing effect.

As S trategy Director you will also play a crucial role in acquiring new business through close collaboration with our New Business resources .
Your f ocus will be on ensuring consistent and high-quality strategic work to make sure we win, keep and grow business across all three business lines.

To be successful in this role you need to have a proven ability to connect big-picture strategy with execution , delivering innovative solutions, which drive measurable results for clients .
You know how to transform insights and data, into understandable and valuable advice to both client leads and clients .

Key R esponsibilities

• Develop and oversee holistic strategies that align C reative , M edia and Intelligence approaches to meet business targets , client objectives and market developments .
  

• Collaborate with Client Leads and Global Strategy Leads to ensure the quality of our strategic output on our current clients by implement ing the use of global frameworks, processes, models, tools and products locally.
  

• B uild strong relationships as a trusted advisor and strengthen our position as a strategic partner .
  

• Act as a driving force in winning new business, ensuring consistent and high-quality strategic work into pitches to ensure we win new business.
  

• By analyzing market trends , audience insights , and performance metrics d esign, package and promote services/communication solutions and ways of working (Power of One) that drives client value , increases retention and provides business growth for us as a group.
  

• Partner with creative teams, and account leads to ensure seamless integration across projects .
  

• Promote an innovative culture across the organisation to deliver ground-breaking solutions.
  

• Inspire and coach internal teams and ensure they are trained in the network's strategic frameworks, models, processes and tools.
  

• Strengthen our market position through thought leadership pieces, PR, seminars, strategic partnerships, newsletters etc.
  

• Be a key player internally when it comes to creating award winning work.
  Support agency teams in compiling agency submissions to industry awards .
  

Your Profile

You are the piece connecting all the pieces - people count on you to add value to any strategic or creative argument.
You are an expert on all aspects of media and creative strategy and aware of all the latest trends and developments.

Skills :

• +8 years of agency experience .
  Proven experience in a senior strategy role, ideally within both media and creative agencies.
  

• Well-versed in media planning, creative development and brand storytelling .
  

• Demonstrated success in leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex projects

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and strategic direction .
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  

• Confident in challenging client objectives and strategies to ensure optimal outcomes.
  

• Not afraid to challenge clients in their objectives and strategies to deliver the best output

• Proven ability to write case studie s that are engaging.
  

• You have a history of successful team leadership and client relationship management, demonstrating both strategic acumen and interpersonal excellence.
