Lead Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AEM Consultant / Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and demonstrate a strong ability to transform business requirements into effective AEM solutions. This role involves acting as a Subject-Matter-Expert (SME) for AEM towards sales and applying best practices to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities

Transform business requirements into AEM deliverables.

Apply the best usage of AEM features to address business needs.

Act as SME for AEM towards sales and client engagements.

Design scalable and secure AEM solutions.

Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business requirements into AEM architecture.

Customize and extend AEM workflows and DAM functionalities.

Manage code promotion between development, staging, and production environments.

Mentor junior developers and conduct AEM training sessions.

Skills and Experience

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - Sites & Assets: Advanced to Expert level with 6+ years of hands-on experience.

Architecture & Solution Design: Proven experience in designing scalable and secure AEM solutions.

DevOps & Build Pipeline: Proficient to Advanced understanding of AEM build tools and deployment pipelines.

Java & Backend Development: Advanced knowledge of Java and OSGi component development.

Nice to Have:

Experience with multi-site/multi-language setups.

Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products.

Exposure to modern frontend development (Vue, TypeScript).

Adobe Certified Expert or Master certification in AEM.
