Vi har borgeren i centrum, og arbejder ud fra borgernes ønsker om indhold i hverdagen.
Vi har fokus på at inddrage borgerne, hvilket betyder at vi lægger vægt på, hvad der giver værdi for den enkelte borger.
Vi arbejder rehabiliterende og har fokus på den enkelte borgers ressourcer, så borgeren altid opnår størst mulig selvstændighed.
