PHYSIOFIT ist eine App zur digitalen Therapiebegleitung von Patient:innen in der Physiotherapie - zertifiziert von allen deutschen Krankenkassen.
Aufgaben
Nach der Genehmigung durch die Krankenversicherung erleben wir eine enorme Nachfrage nach unserer App. Werde Teil eines großartigen Teams und unterstütze uns als Customer Success-Manager:in Physiotherapie in unserem wachsenden Digital Health Startup!
Als Customer Success-Manager:in Physiotherapie arbeitest du eng mit unseren Partnerpraxen zusammen, um den bestmöglichen Einsatz unseres Produkts zu gewährleisten, und unterstützt sie dabei, den Grundstein für einen langfristigen gemeinsamen Erfolg zu legen.
Deine Aufgaben sind:
Online-Praxis-Schulungen: Anleitung und Durchführung digitaler Schulungen für Physiotherapeuten, um eine effiziente Nutzung der App sicherzustellen.
Feedback-Gespräche: Austausch mit Praxisinhabern, um Rückmeldungen zu Schulungen und Prozessen aufzunehmen und weiterzugeben.
Therapeutische Inhalte: Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung praxisnaher und wissenschaftlich fundierter Inhalte für den therapeutischen Alltag.
Onboarding-Support: Begleitung der Praxen während des Onboardings und Unterstützung bei Fragen oder Herausforderungen.
Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungsunterlagen sowie Weitergabe von Verbesserungsvorschlägen ans Team.
Qualifikation
Physiotherapeutische Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Physio- oder Sporttherapie und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Praxisarbeit.
Kommunikation: Selbstsicheres und kommunikatives Auftreten, auch in digitalen Schulungsumgebungen.
Technische Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Softwareprogrammen und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für neue Programme.
Therapeutisches Interesse: Begeisterung für die Themen Therapie, Gesundheit und Patientencompliance.
